Kim Napier Hall celebrated many accomplishments as an athlete and teammate from 1993–1997 for Morgan State University. In the Spring 1994 season, Kim, along with her teammates were members of the first Morgan State Women’s Tennis program to win a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Championship. Kim shared the spotlight amongst her teammates and played #3 Singles and #2 Doubles alongside Mai-Lin Cooper Rollon, where they dominated the courts together.

Kim graduated cum laude from Morgan in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

Following her graduation from Morgan, Kim received her Juris Doctorate Degree from the Washington College of Law at American University in May of 2000. Kim has been a practicing attorney since January of 2001 and currently serves as the Assistant General Counsel for the Compliance Division at the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board.

Kim celebrates her incredible accomplishments with: her husband, Damon Hall, a Morgan State Alumnus (1999, Finance), her daughter Lauren, who is a junior at Morgan State and plays for the Women’s Tennis Team and her daughter Camille, currently a junior at Elizabeth Seton High School and her friends, family and teammates near and far.
