PIKESVILLE, Md. (March 2, 2024)--The Morgan State women's tennis team dropped a 6-0 non-conference decision at home to #72 New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) on Saturday evening at Coppermine Bare Hills.
Morgan State fell to 0-5 on the season, while NJIT, which earlier in the week earned a top-75 ranking in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) rankings, improved to 10-1 and has won nine consecutive matches.
Next Up: Morgan State will take to the road when it travels to Kingsville, Texas to take on Division II Texas A&M-Kingsville (4-2) on Friday, March 8 at 1 p.m. at Javelina Tennis Courts.
