Kick Times, TV Plans Set for 5 Of MSU's 2017 Football Games

BALTIMORE, Md. (August 21, 2017) -- Kickoff times and TV plans have been set for five (5) of Morgan State's 2017 football games, including the Bears' season-opener at Towson, home matchups versus Savannah State and Florida A&M, and road contests at South Carolina State and Howard.

The 119th team in MSU history will open its 2017 slate with a 5-game homestand in Hughes Stadium. MSU's Sept. 2 season opener against Towson in the 'Battle for Greater Baltimore', which will be the first meeting since 2011, will kick off at 6 p.m. and be shown live on SPORTSfever Television Network (STN).

MSU will make its first visit to Orangeburg since 2013 when they face South Carolina State in an Oct. 6, Friday night clash at 7:30 p.m. on ESPNU. Then on Oct. 14, the Bears will host Savannah State for Homecoming at 1 p.m. on STN.

MSU will travel to Howard on Oct. 21 for the Bison's Homecoming game at 1 p.m., and Florida A&M will make a trip to Baltimore when they face the Bears on Oct. 28, kicking at 1 p.m. Both games will broadcast live on the STN.
