Morgan State Releases 2023-24 Bowling Schedule

BALTIMORE, Md. (Oct. 10, 2023)--First-year Morgan State head bowling coach Alvin Franklin, Jr. has announced the 2023-24 bowling schedule.
 
Morgan State opens the season this weekend at the Penguin Classic (Oct. 12-15), hosted by Youngstown State University.
 
The following week the Lady Bears will travel to Sinking Springs, Pa., to compete in the Golden Bear Invite (Oct. 20-22), hosted by Kutztown University.
 
The Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) season will get underway in Baltimore, Md., as Coppin State will host the MEAC #1 event on Nov. 11-12.
 
Morgan State will wrap up the 2023 portion of its schedule when it travels to Woodbridge, Va., for the Hawk Classic (Nov. 16-19), co-hosted by Maryland Eastern Shore and Monmouth University.
 
The first match of the new year for the bowling team will be the NE Classic (Jan. 18-21), hosted by Sacred Heart.
 
The Lady Bears will visit Saint Francis-Pa. University for the Red Flash Invitational (Jan. 25-28), before taking part in the MEAC #2 event hosted by Norfolk State (Feb. 17-18).
 
Next up will be a trip to Atlanta, Ga. for the TNBA/HBCU Invitational (March 7-10).
 
Morgan State will have a week off to prepare for the 2024 MEAC Bowling Championship, which will be held March 21-24, 2024 at the Buffaloe Lanes North Family Bowling Center in Raleigh, N.C.
