BALTIMORE, Md. (Aug. 22, 2022)--Morgan State head bowling coach
Tom Falbo has announced the Lady Bears' 2022-23 bowling schedule.

The regular season schedule will feature seven tournaments, including the annual James Brown Invitational hosted by Morgan State, two Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) events involving all nine league members, along with a home dual match.
Â
"The entire team returns for the 2022-23 campaign and the level of competition this season will intensify by including a couple of premier events, that being the UMES Hawk Classic in November and NE Classic in January," said Falbo. "These ladies are up to the challenge based on how hard each has worked this summer. We are looking forward to an exciting season!"

Morgan State begins the season on the road when it travels to Youngstown, Ohio to compete in the MOTIV Penguin Classic (Oct. 14-16), hosted by Youngstown State University.

The Lady Bears will head to Kutztown, Pa. the following week for the Golden Bear Invitational (Oct. 22-23), hosted by Kutztown University.

Morgan State will return to the lanes after a two-week hiatus to open the conference slate for the first MEAC event of the season on Nov. 11-12, hosted by Maryland Eastern Shore in Millsboro, Del.

The following week the Lady Bears will return to Millsboro, Del., to compete in the UMES Hawk Classic (Nov. 18-20), also hosted by Maryland Eastern Shore.

The Lady Bears will begin the new year in Deptford, N.J. for the NE Classic (Jan. 20-23), co-hosted by LIU Brooklyn and Sacred Heart.

Morgan State will host Saint Vincent in a dual match on Feb. 28, before holding its annual James Brown Invitational (Feb. 10-12). Both contests will be held at the AMF Towson Lanes in Towson, Md.

The team will travel to Greensboro, N.C. to compete in the second and final MEAC event of the season (Feb. 18-19), hosted by North Carolina A&T.

A trip to Hamilton, N.J. follows, as Morgan State will visit fellow MEAC foe Monmouth for the Monmouth Hawk Classic (Feb. 24-26).

The Lady Bears close out the regular season competing in the USBC ISC& ITC Sectionals in Stratford, N.J. (March 10-12).

The 2023 MEAC Bowling Championship will take place March 24-26, 2023 at the Bowlero Chesapeake in Chesapeake, Va.
