BALTIMORE, Md. (Jan. 31, 2021)-The 2021 season debut for the Morgan State women's bowling team was pushed back for a second consecutive weekend due to adhering to and remaining safe under COVID protocols.
 
Morgan State was to open up the season last weekend in Waynesboro, Pa. at the Mount Shootout (Jan. 23-24), hosted by Mount St. Mary's. This weekend the Lady Bears were scheduled to compete at the Coppin State Lady Eagles Invitational.  
 
"Our top priority is the well being of our players and competing safely against other teams," said Morgan State head coach Thomas Falbo. "The bond is ever stronger as we move forward. The work they are putting in will make for exciting days of competition to come."
 
The Lady Bears next scheduled date of competition will now be their very own home tournament, when they host the annual James Brown Invitational at AMF Country Club Lanes in Baltimore, Md. on February 12-14, 2021.
