BALTIMORE, Md. (March 9, 2020)-Morgan State women's track and field head coach Neville Hodge has announced that Imani Jackson from Renaissance High School in Detroit, Michigan has signed a National Letter of Intent with the Morgan State University women's track and field  program.
 
Jackson, who is a high school All-American and 2019 Outdoor New Balance National 4x200m relay champion, has been on the academic honor roll for the past three years of high school. She has been published in and writes for the Detroit Free Press and the Detroit Public School Community. 
 
She was also recruited by Michigan State, Purdue and Central Michigan.
 
"Jackson is the type of student-athlete that would help us to move our program to the next level," said Hodge. "She is committed, hard working and has a strong academic background. We are delighted to have Ms. Jackson join our family for 2020-2021 academic year. Go Bears!"
