The Bears added valuable points in the field events, highlighted by another podium finish from Jeryco Sheppard, who cleared 4.66 meters to earn bronze in the pole vault. Jacob Denny also secured a runner-up finish in the javelin throw with a mark of 56.72 meters.

In the triple jump, Jadon Ra-Akbar and Noah Hopes each posted scoring performances, finishing sixth and seventh, respectively. "We believe that anything is possible if we believe and trust the process," said head coach Neville Hodge. "We came together for one common cause, and that was to set the stage early, and we never quit. We fought until the last event was over. This approach was applied to both teams. We beat all odds at this year's MEAC Outdoor Championships. Bear Speed!"

Morgan State's sixth-place team finish capped a competitive championship weekend that featured conference titles, relay success, and multiple podium performances across a variety of events.
