Morgan State To Close Home Schedule Against No. 3 Quinnipiac

BALTIMORE, Md. (April 2, 2026)--The Morgan State acrobatics and tumbling team will close out the home schedule this Friday, April 3, with a special matchup against No. 3 Quinnipiac University for Senior Night. Riding a school-record four-meet winning streak, Morgan State looks to keep its momentum going. The meet is set to start at 6 p.m. at Hill Field House and Morgan State will honor its lone senior, Makaya Stubbs prior to the meet.

Last week, the Lady Bears (4-2) established a strong performance against Stevenson University (240.995-92.900), extending their school-record winning streak and highlighting their growth and consistency. Morgan State showed drive and execution, creating significant intensity as they head into the final matches of the season.

Meanwhile, Quinnipiac (4-1), which was recently ranked third in the recent NCATA Championship rankings, also enters the matchup with confidence after defeating Iona (272.355-262.445), delivering a well-rounded performance that ultimately reinforced its reputation as a nationally competitive program.

Friday's competition will showcase the team's continued growth and performance this season and honor the program's senior student-athlete for all their dedication and contributions. While competing in front of the home crowd one final time, the team will look to build an intense match and carry a strong play into another standout showing.

With Quinnipiac bringing a competitive lineup into Baltimore, fans can expect an exciting and high-energy meet. Supporters are encouraged to come out and celebrate the girls, marking a memorable evening as the Lady Bears aim to finish strong in front of their fans.
