Bears Finish Third at DSU Sting XC Invite

SMYRNA, Del. (Sept. 15, 2023) – The Morgan State University men's cross-country team recorded a third-place finish in the team standings in the DSU Farm Invitational at the Delaware State Outreach Center.  

Morgan's men (8K) had a pair of runners finish in the Top 10. Perry Bennett placed fourth with a time of 16:37.7, followed by junior Davian Gray in fifth place with a time of 16:42.5. 

Jackson Waller recorded an 11th place finish with a time of 17:16.7.

Morgan will return to action on Saturday, September 23, when the Bears travel to the University of Maryland Eastern Shores.

 5th – Davian Gray, 16:42.5

 11th – Jackson Waller, 17:16.7

 22nd – Devon Bryant, 18:22.0
