BALTIMORE, Md. (Aug. 21, 2023)--Morgan State will join fellow Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) volleyball programs live on Instagram @MEACSports on Monday, Aug. 21 from 12 p.m.-2 p.m. Head coach Xiomara Ortiz and seniors Makila Billingsley and Justyus Jackson will talk all things volleyball as they prepare for the start of the 2023 season.

The Lady Bears open up the 2023 campaign this week on the road, when they travel to Blacksburg, Va. to take part in the Hokie Invitational (Friday, Aug. 25-Saturday, Aug. 26), hosted by Virginia Tech. Morgan State will face host Virginia Tech on Friday at 12:30 p.m., before taking on Furman at 4:30 p.m. The Lady Bears will conclude the tournament on Saturday with a 12:30 p.m. match against Quinnipiac.
