BALTIMORE, Md. (March 10, 2021)-The Morgan State women's track and field team traveled to Greensboro, N.C. to compete in the Aggie Invitational on Saturday, hosted by North Carolina A&T State at Irwin Belk Track. The Lady Bears finished the meet with six top 10 finishes
 
How It Happened
• Aaliyah Harris ran a time of 11.89 seconds to place fourth in the 100 meter dash.
• Kimani Davis finished seventh in the 400 hurdles, crossing the line in a time of 1:02.98. Dejah Tinsley came in 14th in a time of 1:06.25.
• Alliayah Ottley came in 12^th in the preliminaries of the 100 hurdles in a time of 14.79, while Davis placed 14th, crossing the line in a time of 15.13.
• Miazziah Rose had a jump of 5-3.00 in the high jump to place seventh.
• Ishana Asinor came in 13^th in the pole vault with a height of 9-8.00.
• Three Lady Bears placed in the top 15 in the triple jump. Ayanna Henry led the way with her ninth-place finish with a jump of 37-7.25. Aylexus Leshay (36-8.25) placed 12^th and Miazziah Rose (35-5.25) finished 14^th.
• Henry also placed 11^th in the long jump with a leap of 16-8.50, while Leshay placed 14^th with a mark of 15-10.50.
• Jannah Sharpe had a throw of 122-2.00 to place 10^th in the hammer throw and Micaela Fleetwood placed 12^th in the javelin throw with a mark of 91-6.00.
