She is second in the MEAC in blocks and ninth in kills.
Johnson started for the Lady Bears from 2004-07 and immediately rewrote the record books. Johnson was a four-time All-MEAC selection, earning two first team honors and was named twice to the All-MEAC Tournament Team in 2004 and 2005. Preston set the school's single-season digs mark with 525 digs as a freshman and then broke the mark again the following year with 640 digs as a sophomore in 2005. A three-time first-team All-MEAC selection, Preston ended her career as the all-time leader in digs at Morgan State with 2,066, which is still intact today. Preston is also the MEAC's all-time leader in digs.
McBride spent two seasons at Morgan State from 2018-19. In her sophomore season, McBride set the school's single-season record for kills in 2019, finishing with 577. Her mark would break the previous record of 523, which was set by Johnson during her freshman year. McBride, who earned All-MEAC Rookie team honors, would be named MEAC Co-Player of the Year and first-team All-MEAC honors a year ago during her sophomore season, becoming the first Lady Bear to earn MEAC Player of the Year accolades. She also was selected to the All-MEAC Tournament Team after helping Morgan reach the title match last season. McBride concluded last season with another first when she was named to the AVCA Division I East Region Team, thus becoming the first Lady Bear to earn that distinction. McBride ranks 10
