BALTIMORE, Md. (January 7, 2020) -- College football analyst Phil Steele unveiled his 2019 All-Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Teams on
Tuesday afternoon. Morgan State earned four All-MEAC selections, including three recognitions on the First Team.

Nicholas O'Shea was named to the Third-Team.
Bailey outperformed Steele's preseason predictions which originally placed him on the Third Team. Bailey set school records in a number of categories during his final collegiate season. The Capitol Heights (Md.) native finished the season ranked 3
rd in the MEAC in receiving yards (996 yds) – it ranks as the 2
nd highest total in Morgan State history behind Clarence Holzendorf (1,702 yds; 1993). Bailey also ranked among the league leaders: 3
rd in reception TDs (10), 4
th in receptions (54), 6
th in scoring TDs (11), and 8
th in scoring (68 pts).
Kennedy earned his third consecutive All-MEAC selection and finished the season third in the MEAC in tackles with 105, averaging 8.8 per game, and he led the conference with 16.0 tackles for loss -- 4.5 of which are sacks. The Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) product also added two interceptions, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery on the year.
McBorrough led the Bears as one of the league's premier linebackers. The senior led the MEAC with a career-high 110 total tackles and he also ranked T-11th in tackles for loss (10). He also had five fumble recoveries, three forced fumbles and two sacks.
O'Shea started in 12 games and ranked 2
nd in the league in field goals (13-18) and field goal percentage (72%). He also converted 20 of 25 point after attempts and ranked 5
th in the league in scoring kicks (59 pts).
Morgan State finished the season with a 3-9 overall and 2-6 conference record.
