Morgan State To Face Towson In Mid-Week Clash

BALTIMORE, Md. (April 21, 2026)--The Morgan State softball team will head over to nearby Towson on Wednesday, April 21 to face the Tigers in a non-conference game at 3 p.m. at Tiger Softball Stadium. Fans can watch the game live on FloCollege, listen to the broadcast on HSRN or follow action with live stats.

Morgan State (9-25, 6-12 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference) will look to end a four-game losing skid to Towson. Earlier this season the Tigers defeated the Lady Bears twice during the DeMarini Tiger Clash (Feb. 27-March 1).

The Lady Bears are coming off a series loss over the weekend at Norfolk State after dropping two games to the Spartans. Morgan State dropped the opener 6-1, before claiming the second game of the doubleheader, 11-2 in five innings. Norfolk State claimed the series finale on Sunday, 10-2 in five innings.

Towson (21-23, 5-13 Coastal Athletic Association) enters on a three-game losing slide after dropping all three contests at home to Monmouth in CAA play.

MSU-NSU Series Notes: Towson holds a 17-4 series lead dating back to the 2012 season. The Tigers have won four straight, including two victories this season, 11-3 and 8-4 during the DeMarini Tiger Clash (Feb. 27-March 1). Morgan State's last win over Towson was a 9-1 victory in six innings (3/29/23).
