BBALTIMORE, Md. (Nov. 14, 2025)--Morgan State volleyball team concluded the 2025 regular season with a 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-20) Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) loss at rival Coppin State on Friday evening at the Physical Education Complex (PEC).

Coppin State, the MEAC regular season champion, finished the season 20-11, 13-1 in the MEAC and will be the No. 1 seed in next week's MEAC volleyball championship (Nov. 20-22), hosted by Coppin State. The Eagles will face No. 8 South Carolina State on Thursday, Nov. 20 at 2 p.m. inside the PEC.

Morgan State, which dropped both matches this season to the Eagles, fell to 11-13, 8-6 in the MEAC and will be No. 3 seed. The third seed is the Bears' highest ranking since earning the No. 2 seed during its run to the title match in 2019. Morgan State will face either Maryland Eastern Shore or North Carolina Central, who will be the sixth-seed, next Thursday at 8 p.m. North Carolina Central concludes the regular season on Saturday at home against South Carolina State.
