PORTLAND, Ore. (Sept. 14, 2019)-Morgan State's Zoe McBride was named to the Les Schwab Rose City Showdown All-Tournament Team on Saturday. It is the third consecutive week that the sophomore has received all-tournament team honors.

McBride finished the weekend totaling a team-best 48 kills, 32 digs, three blocks, an ace and one assist.

The Ridgefield, Wash. native, who was born in Portland, began the week with 24 kills and 17 digs to earn her fifth double-double of the season. She concluded the first day with 12 kills, nine digs and a block against Cal State Northridge.

McBride wrapped up the tournament with 12 kills, six digs, two blocks and an assist in the finale against Nevada. 

She was joined in the all-tournament team by Jasmine Powell (Portland State), Taylor Orshoff and Morgan Salone (Cal State Northridge), Sydney Petersen and Dalyn Burns (Nevada). Burns was named Tournament MVP.
