Box Score BROOKLYN, N.Y. (Feb. 10, 2019)-The Lady Bears got a 3-0 win on the road on Sunday over St. Francis Brooklyn, which forfeited the match.
 
Morgan State (2-6) took the lead early by winning all three doubles matches by a score of 6-2 to earn the doubles point.
 
As she is used to doing, sophomore Asmara Rose started off well and earned a quick win at No. 3 position by a score of 6-1, 6-0. Dana Santiago followed the same path by winning her match at No. 2 singles 6-2, 6-3, giving a 3-0 lead to the Lady Bears.
 
The score of the match would stay at 3-0 for Morgan State, as the Terriers forfeited in the middle of the matches.
 
The Lady Bears will be off for a month, and will be back in action on March 13, when they take on Loyola Maryland in a non-conference match in Baltimore, Md. Opening serve is at 4 p.m.
