BALTIMORE, Md. (Feb. 25, 2018)-The Morgan State University women's tennis team was in action again on Saturday, February 24
th, when they traveled to Newark, Del. to take on the University of Delaware in non-conference play. The Lady Bears fell to the Blue Hens by a score of 6-1.

After earning the doubles point, the Blue Hens captured five out of the six singles to claim the match. Senior
Danielle Thompson and freshman
Asmara Faluke both came close to victory in very competitive matches, with Faluke taking the fourth
position to a third set. Sophomore
Peggy Rooke got the point for the Lady Bears at the No. 5 singles, but ultimately Morgan State fell.

The Lady Bears will be back in action on Saturday, March 3rd when they travel to Annapolis, Md., to play the Naval Academy.
