High School:  was a 4-sport standout athlete at Leonardtown HS … during his senior year of football he helped lead the team to a regional championship ... collected 7 interceptions and 15 pass breakups with 15 solo tackles ... scored two TDs in the semi final regionals game against Mervo HS ...  led the basketball team to a regional championship as a senior ... averaged 15 points and 9 rebounds ... scored 34 points against school-rival Chopticon HS ... All-Academic Team two years in a row for both Football and Basketball ... was also a member of the track & field and soccer teams ...  

Personal: son of Crystal Compton and Ronnie Searles … born July 29, 2007 … management & business administration major .. expected to graduate May 2029 … his career ambition is to become a coach or personal trainer … lists his Travis Hunter as his biggest sports influence "because not only does Travis play both sides of the ball and consistently make plays, he also is a great person off the field to his family, fans, and coaches. He always has a smile on his face and always keeps pushing no matter what hate he gets or the situation he is in." … chose to attend Morgan State "because the coaching staff made me feel like home on my visit and the players brought me into their family right away." … the athletic accomplishment he is most proud of “is my last high school football game." … enjoys listening to music and playing with his little brother.
