Richard Reddix enters the 2022 season as offensive line coach at Morgan State. Reddix, who has almost 20 years of coaching experience, previously spent eight seasons as the offensive line coach for the Bowie State Bulldogs. Along with his duties with the football team, he also served as the Bulldogs’ head strength and conditioning coach.Â

Reddix has had three stints as a member of the Bowie State Football program. He was previously there from 1997-2000 and from 2002-2004. During that time he served in many roles; assistant head coach, offensive line coach, tight end coach and recruiting coordinator.

Reddix also coached at the College of DuPage (IL) from 2006-2009. He was the offensive line coach and strength and conditioning coach for football. Prior to that, he was an assistant coach at Fort Valley State (Ga.) University (2004-2006) and also had a stop at Montgomery College (MD) for one season (2001).

Reddix is a proud alumnus of Bowie State University, earning a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in History in 2001. He played offensive line for Bowie State (1995-1996) starting at both center and guard positions.

Reddix resides in Silver Spring with his wife Ebony and their four children.  They have two girls Tameia and Dallas and two boys Malachi and Richard III.
