Transferred from San Diego State (2016-20): Joined the Aztecs for the 2016 fall camp, where he backed up senior Tanner Blain at punter for duration of the season ... switched over to quarterback in the spring of 2017, where he stayed through the 2018 fall season ... moved over to safety in the spring of 2019, where he enters the season third on the depth chart at the premier Aztec spot in Rocky Long’s 3-3-5 defense … earned his BA in Science Business Administration … 
 
High School: was a three-sport prep athlete at University HS … earned his school’s Male Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2016 … was a 3-year letter and 2-time Captain … All League … All-City … OC All-Star Game Selection … earned Team Offensive MVP … MVP Receiver as a junior … during his senior year at QB he played in 11 games, completed  89-of-162 passes for 1,158 yards, including 10 TDs … as a junior he saw action in 5 games and finished with 22 receptions for 317 Yds, including 3 TDs … also starred for the baseball team, making first-team all-league and all-city as a senior
