High School: was an All-Conference defensive end from Westlake HS … compiled 74 tackles, 36 tackles for loss, 16 sacks, three forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries, two of which he returned for touchdowns during his senior season …

Personal: from Waldorf, Md. … he was also recruited by Old Dominion, Toledo, Bowie State and Central Connecticut.
