Morgan State Football to Rock All-White Look for Battle For Greater Baltimore Clash

BALTIMORE, Md. (September 18, 2026) -- The Bears are bringing an all-white look to the "Battle for Greater Baltimore."

Morgan State football has announced its uniform combination for Saturday's highly anticipated crosstown matchup against the Towson Tigers. The Bears will take the field in white helmets, white jerseys, and white pants when they meet Towson on Saturday, Sept. 19 at 6 p.m. ET at Minnegan Field at Johnny Unitas Stadium.

The matchup will be broadcast live on FloSports and Monumental Sports Network, with additional radio coverage on WEAA 88.9 FM.

The Bears last donned the all-white combination on Nov. 15, 2025, in Norfolk, Va., where Morgan State held on for a hard-fought 35-28 victory over Norfolk State.

In that contest, Malique Leatherbury recorded a team-high six receptions for 60 yards, while Randall Nauden — the reigning MEAC Rookie of the Week at the time — rushed for 87 yards on 22 carries and scored a touchdown. Defensively, Erick Hunter led the Bears with a season-high 12 tackles, including a tackle for loss, while also making an impact on special teams with a touchdown return.

Now, the Bears will look to create another memorable moment in the all-white uniforms as they renew the crosstown rivalry with Towson.
 
Morgan State enters Saturday's contest with a 2-1 record and will look to continue its momentum while seeking its first victory over the Tigers since 2009.
 
With the "Battle for Greater Baltimore" trophy and bragging rights on the line, the Bears are ready to  bring the all-white look — and bring the fight.
 
Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. at Minnegan Field at Johnny Unitas Stadium.
