BALTIMORE, Md. - Morgan State Athletics is excited to announce the successful wrap-up of the
2026 All Paws In campaign, a campus-wide giving initiative that united the Morgan community during I Love Morgan Week.
The campaign saw enthusiastic participation from alumni, fans, and supporters, resulting in significant contributions across multiple athletic programs. As part of the initiative, Vice President and Director of Athletics
Dena Freeman-Patton created the Athletic Director's Challenge, which recognized outstanding fundraising efforts among teams and supporters.
The
Athletic Director's Fund received over $5,000 in donations during the campaign. In a show of continued support, Freeman-Patton added $5,000 to the pot, bringing the total impact of the fund to $12,120 and ranking sixth overall.
In addition, the
volleyball program led team fundraising, bringing in $2,120, and the combined total with the Athletic Director's $5,000 donation reached $7,120 to finish as No. 9 among the campaigns across the university.
"We are incredibly grateful for the generosity and passion shown by our supporters," said Freeman-Patton. "This campaign highlights what we can achieve when our community comes together to support our student-athletes, coaches, and staff."
The funds raised through All Paws In will directly benefit athletic programs, providing resources that enhance training, competition, and the overall student-athlete experience.
