Morgan State Head Football Coach Introductory Press Conference Set For Friday

Join us this Friday, June 10th at 10 a.m. as we formally introduce Morgan State University's new head football coach. The press conference will feature Morgan State President Dr. David K. Wilson, Dena Freeman-Patton, Morgan State University Director of Athletics, and MSU's new head coach Damon Wilson. 

The press conference will also be live streamed via the University's main (www.morgan.edu) and athletic websites (www.morganstatebears.com - here).
 
The 2022 edition of Morgan State's Football program will begin when they travel to face Georgia Southern on Saturday, September 3. The Bears home-opener will be on Saturday, September 17 when they host Sacred Heart at Hughes Stadium. 
 
The Bears will take on Norfolk State for Homecoming on Saturday, October 8 to open Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference action. 
 
Morgan State finished the 2021 season with an overall record of 2-9, 1-4 in MEAC play, including a home victory against Delaware State in an ESPN nationally televised contest.
