WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (March 30, 2019)-The Morgan State women's tennis team lost to Bucknell 5-2 in a non-conference match on Saturday at the Central PA Tennis Center.
 
The Bison (10-4) would start off by taking the double point. Despite a victory 6-3 at No. 3 doubles by senior Oriane Yehouenou and junior Dana Santiago, Bucknell would win at the No. 1 and No. 2 positions to take the lead 1-0.
 
The singles matches would not be any more favorable for the Lady Bears, who would lose at No.1, 2 and 3 positions to give the win to the Bison. Sophomore Asmara Rose and Yehouenou would respectively win 6-0, 6-2 and 8-5 at No. 4 and No. 6 singles to give two points to the Bears, who fell 5-2 to Bucknell. 
 
The Lady Bears (3-11) will be back in action on Tuesday, April 2, for a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference match at home against Delaware State. First serve is set for 11 a.m. at the MSU Tennis Courts.
