Lady Bears Head To Howard With First-Place On The LIne

BALTIMORE, Md. (Nov. 5, 2015)-The Morgan State Lady Bears' volleyball team will look to sweep Howard for the first time since 2007, when they travel to the Nation's Capital for a crucial Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) Northern Division match against top-seeded Howard this Friday. First serve is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Burr Gymnasium in Washington, D.C. and will be 'Senior Night' for the Lady Bison.

First-place and the division crown will be on the line when the two teams meet for the 66th time. The Lady Bison lead the all-time series, 38-27. Howard (14-13, 10-1 MEAC) currently sits in first with its lone conference loss coming to Morgan State. The Lady Bears could move into first with a win over the Lady Bison and could capture the division crown with a victory over Coppin State in the season finale on Sunday at Hill Field House.
