Da’Mia Griffin is a dedicated Business Administration major with a pre-law minor from Cincinnati, Ohio. She is currently serving as an Operations Intern at Morgan State University. In her role with Morgan State Football, she supports the leadership team by coordinating team itineraries, travel arrangements, and events, ensuring seamless execution and fostering team cohesion.
Da’Mia manages activities for both team members and coaches, organizing schedules and optimizing operations to enhance performance and achieve team objectives. She plays a key role in facilitating the recruitment process by organizing campus tours and activities for prospective students, contributing to a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
She is also responsible for managing travel logistics, including securing budget-friendly accommodations for team trips. On game days, Da’Mia assists by learning play signals; recording plays and results, and handling various administrative tasks such as email correspondence, showcasing her versatility and commitment to supporting the team’s success.
