Braennan Farrar enters her second year in the Morgan State University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and the first as the Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance.

Farrar began her new position on June 14, 2023, after spending the 2022-23 academic year as the Director of Compliance at Morgan State.

Prior to returning to Morgan State in June 2022, Farrar previously worked as a graduate assistant at Missouri Baptist University in St. Louis, Mo., where she was the assistant coach of the junior varsity women’s basketball team.

After graduating from Morgan in 2018, Farrar spent a few months playing in Kosovo, where she teamed up with former Morgan State teammate and current women’s basketball assistant coach, Tykyrah Williams. The two would win a regular season title as well as the Kosovo Cup championship. Farrar would earn all-tournament team honors.

Farrar was a four-year letterwinner on the women’s basketball team at Morgan State from 2014-18. She finished her career second all-time at Morgan State in scoring with 1,584 points and assists (361) and is fourth in steals (276).

A native of St. Louis, Mo., Farrar graduated from Morgan State with a degree in Psychology in 2018. She earned her Master’s degree in Sports Management from Missouri Baptist in May 2022.
