At Morgan State...Was a member of the 2005 MEAC Outdoor championship team…Part of Morgan’s 4X400-meter relay team which placed ninth at the NCAA East Regionals with a season best time of 3:39.59...Captured the 2005 MEAC 800 meter outdoor title...Notched a personal best in the 800 meters with a time of 2:10:01 at the 2005 ECAC Meet…Named Morgan State cross country Rookie of the Year and female cross country MVP in 2004…Finished third-place in the 800 meters during the indoor season and also took second-place in the 800 meter during the 2004 outdoor season.
High School...While attending Eleanor Roosevelt High School she helped capture a championship during 2002 for indoor track season...Apart of 4X800 team which placed 6th at the Nike Indoor Nationals in 2002...Made All-American team in 4x800m.
Personal...Born on September 20, 1984, in St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands to Patricia Pierre and Austin Gibbs...Has two sisters and one brother...Major is biology.
