Morgan State University Athletics

2013-2014(Junior): Throughout the indoor and outdoor season she improved in her times and performance. During the three-day MEAC indoor championship, she finished 1^st in the 5,000m, 3^rd in the DMR relay, 9^th in the mile and 3^rd in the 3,000m. Her biggest highlight of the season was when she broke the school record in the mile indoor. she placed 26^th in mile at the Boston University Last Chance Meet with the time of 4:58.32. In the beginning of her outdoor season she placed 13^th in the 1500m invitational Wake Forest Open. she ran a personal best and also broke the school record in the 1500m at the Florida Relays with the time of 4:38.54. She placed 1^st in the 5,000m, 5^th in the 1500m, and 7^th in the 300m steeplechase at the Outdoor MEAC championships. 
 
2012-2013 (Sophomore): Throughout the indoor and outdoor season, she made a big improvement in her times and also her performance…During the indoor season she finished first in the 5000m at the Gotham Cup Invitational in New York…During the three-day MEAC indoor championship, she finished 6^th in the mile, 3^rd in the 5,000m, 4^th in the 3,000m, and also ran on the DMR relay team…During the outdoor season she ran a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4.42 at the Shamrock  Invitational track meet in Myrtle Beach, S.C…She also won that event at the UMBC Big Dawg Invitational and Coppin State Invitational…As the season continued she ran a personal best and also broke the school record in the 5000m at Duke University with a time of 17.34…Going into the outdoor MEAC championships, she was ranked the number two athlete at the 5000m…She placed 3^rd in the 5,000m and 8^th in the 1500m at the outdoor MEAC championships.
 
2011-2012 (Freshman): Indoor season qualified in the mile and 800m…Outdoor season qualified in the 1500m and the 5,000m for the MEAC Championships, where she placed 2^nd in the 5,000m with the time of 18:45.
 
High School: Lettered in track and field at Neptune High School…Ran her fastest times in the 800m and the 1600m at the Shore Conference championships…Ran with teammates Ishamira Swain, Brietta Wilson and Ajee Wilson and made it to Championship of America at the Penn Relays in the 4x800m.

Siblings are Ishamira Swain, Jamel Swain, Rasha Watson, Idivine Clark, and Jamar Clark…Major is early childhood education…Hobbies are Doing hair, being around friends and family, and listening to music.
