Biography

High school: Lettered in three varsity sports as a freshmen at Reservoir High School in football, wrestling and track…Earned numerous awards in football: Captains award, linemen of the year, all-state selection for the BTC bowl…On the track, earned 10 individual titles and honors, including first-team all-county, first-team all-region and first-team all-state selections…Currently holds all school records and Howard County throwing record in the shot…Made two national invitational meet appearances, placing 14th in the shot put during the indoor and outdoor season…Was a two-year captain in both track and football…A three-time track MVP of the year…Earned school’s most prestigious athletic award as Male athlete of the year in 2009-2010.
