Personal: son of Hugh Gooden … born January 3, 2001 … nickname “Rique” … Actuarial Science major …  career ambition is to become an Actuarial Analyst in the near future ... he lists Sydney McLaughlin as his biggest sports influence "because she is such a great athlete with versatility and always gives 110% when competing" ... chose to attend Morgan State "because of the good reviews my fellow Jamaican compatriot and I always wanted to go to the best HBCU" ... the athletic accomplishment he is most proud of "is my Championship victory in my last year of high school in the 400m Hurdles" ...  enjoys playing video games like FIFA, playing soccer and watching football ... expected to graduate May 2024.
