High School: Lettered in track and field at High Point High…Was named Rookie of the Year in 2004 and team MVP in 2005…Was the 2005 Falcon Invitational Champion in the 400 hurdles…A member of the 4X800 meter relay team which placed third at the 2005 Regional Meet and placed fifth in the 300 hurdles…Was a second place finisher in the 4X800 at the Junior Olympics…Competed in the 400 hurdles and the 4X800 relay team at the Junior Olympics.
