2006-07 (Freshman): Finished eighth in the long jump (7.02m) and seventh in the triple jump (14.15m) during the MEAC outdoor championship.

High School: Was a two-sport athlete in track and field and basketball at Woodlawn High…Placed second at the MIAA championship in the triple jump (44-05.50) and finished third in the long jump (22-06.25) as a sophomore…Led the Woodlawn track team to three regional titles and two county titles from 2004-06…Finished fourth in the long jump (22-09) and fifth in the triple jump (45-09) and the 2005 Maryland Indoor Track & Field State championship…Placed third in the long jump (23-00) and third in the triple jump (46-01.25) during the 2006 Maryland Outdoor Track & Field State championship.
