2007-08 (Junior): Placed 20th at the MEAC cross country championships with a time of 28:13.2...Was a distinguished scholar athlete and earned all-american scholars honors.

2006-07 (Sophomore): Placed 18th at the MEAC cross country championships...Named team MVP of the cross country team...Earned all-american scholars honors.

2005-06 (Freshman): Named the cross country team's Rookie of the Year...Earned all-american scholars honors.

High School: Participated in the VMBS Boys & Girls championships for six years…Also participated at the Western Boys & Girls championships…Won medals in 800-meters and the 1500 meters each year…Recorded personal bests in the 800 meters (1:54.49), 1500 meters (4:03.26) and 1500 meters (15.53)…Set the school record in the 1500 meters (4:03.26) and had the second best time in the 800-meters (1:54.49)…Served as team captain during the 2003-04 season...Was a Class 2 bronze medalist in the 1500m at VMBS Boys Championships in 2002 and was a finalist in 2003...A 2003 Western Boys and Girls Championships gold medalist in the 5000m and was a runner-up in the 800m and 1500m...Was a County of Cornwell Athletic Association cross country championship top 10 finisher from 2000-04...Class 1 cross country overall champion in 2003...Finished fourth in the 1500m at the 2004 Jamaica Olympic trials...Served as a School Perfect mentor and a tutor for his fellow team members.
