At Morgan State (2006-07): (Indoor T&F) ICAAAA qualifier in the 60m (6.90), 200m, 400m and 1600m relay...MEAC Champion in the 200m at the Prince George's Sports and Learning Complex in Landover, Md.
At Central Arizona College (2005-06): (Outdoor T&F) Qualified for Nationals and became NJCAA All-American in both the 200m (3rd place; 21.12) and in the 1600m relay (1st place; 3:07.75) in Coffeville, Kansas....Won 2nd consecutive national team title for Central Arizona College...Part of two different Top 10 List 1600m relay teams at Central Arizona College (3:07.75)...Set a personal best in the 400m dash (46.88) at Region I Championships winning the event...Also won the 200m at regionals (21.18) and contributed to both victories in the 4x100m relay and 1600m relay...Won 200m (21.43) and 100m (10.60) at the ACCAC Meet...Placed 6th at Sun Angel Classic in 400m (47.74)...(2004-05)...(Outdoor T&F) Competed in the 200m, 4x100m relay and 1600m relay at NJCAA National Championships...ran key leg on 4x100m relay that took Central Arizona to the finals...Split 46.00 in the 1600m relay at Nationals...selected to All-American Team winning nationals for the first time since 1996...Placed 3rd in the 200m in Regional Championships...Ran 2nd leg on the winning 1600m relay (3:09.43) which made Top 10 List along with Melville Rogers (LSU), Micah nations (LIU) and Rodeny Overton (NAU)...Captured victories in both the 200m and 400m at Arizona Relays (20.90 and 47.94).
High School: Was a three-year letterwinner, team captain and team MVP in track at South Mountain High…Attended Mountain Point High as a freshman, where he was named Freshman of the Year…Was a finalist in both the 200m and 400m dashes in the Regional Championships…Is the Tempe City Meet record holder in the triple jump (40’09”)…Qualified for the State championships in the triple jump, 200 meter and the 400 meter (49.89) dash.
Personal: Born on August 18, 1986, in Willingboro, N.J. and was raised in South Central Los Angeles, Calif….Son of Tracy M. O’Neal and Jeffrey Gregory…Is the oldest of four brothers and three sisters…Major is social work with a concentration in gerontology and physical therapy.
