High School: Was a three-year letter and captain in track & field at Oaypark High…Three-year letter in cross country…Earned All-State honors in the 800m with a time of 1:53… All-State & State Champion – 4x800m Relay: Helped lead team to win the Michigan State Championship in the 4x800m relay with a time of 7:50…Career Bests: 800m – 1:53.5; 400m – 50.13; 600m – 1:22.97; 1000m – 2:38.89; 1500m – 4:07.96; 1600m – 4:30.10…
Personal: Born September 14, 2008…Son of Karla and Sondell Warren Sr….His objective is to earn a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity and build a career working for the government – “I would like to specialize in coding and cybersecurity, using my programming skills to help protect government computer systems, networks, and sensitive information from cyber threats” … His biggest sports influence is Kevin Durant “because of his competitive mindset and his desire to always win.”…He chose to attend Morgan State because of its track program and the opportunities it offers in cybersecurity; I wanted to attend a school where I could continue competing at a high level in track, while also pursuing my goal of earning a degree in cybersecurity.”…The athletic accomplishment he is most proud of is “helping all of my teammates run under 2:00 in the 800m in their individual events. As a leader and captain of our 800m group, I pushed and motivated my teammates from the beginning of the season. Whether it was at practice, over the phone, or at track meets, I always encouraged them to keep working toward their goals.”… Outside of sports, he enjoys day trading and spending time outside – “Day trading interests me because I enjoy studying the market, analyzing different opportunities, and making decisions based on what I see. I also enjoy sitting outside because it gives me time to relax, clear my mind, and enjoy some peace away from everything else going on.”
