2010-2011 (Sophomore): Ran under 1:58 four times over the winter break at the New York Armory...Had a personal best time of 1:56 in the first outdoor meet of the season.
2009-2010 (Freshman): Competed at Navy Invitational and ran the 800m in a time of 2:00.68...Also ran 1:56.47 in the 800m at the Delaware State Invitational...Was a member of the 4x100m relay and an alternate on the 4x400m relay...Ran a time of 49.46 in the 400m dash and 1:58.97 in the 800m run at the MEAC outdoor championships.
High School: Was a two sport athlete at Westlake High School...A four-time state champion, who received the coaches’ award during his senior year...Was a first-team all-conference selection as a junior and senior in the 800m, 400m and 4x400m relay...Earned eight consecutive Minds in Motion awards (3.25 GPA) during his junior and senior seasons...Anchored the winning 4x400m relay at the 2009 Maryland State championship.
