High School: was a standout at Columbia HS … was a long jumper and triple jumper as a member of the track & field team ...
Personal: daughter of Fay and Bernado Henry … born May 20, 2000 … Psychology major … her career ambition beyond sports is to become a Clinical Psychologist - "I aspire to conduct research studies and have students be a part of my lab, if possible" ... she lists her father as her biggest sports influence "because he was a track athlete and has shown me that those days of hard practice and preparation pay off; Most of all he has shown me that sacrificing certain things to be successful is always worth it" ... chose to attend Morgan State "not only for the opportunity I was granted athletically, but for the academics as well; I have flourished in the Psychology program at Morgan and met professors who truly care about the success of Black students" ... the athletic accomplishment she is most proud of "would have to be my performance in Triple Jump at the 2019 Towson Invitational" ... enjoys reading and writing poetry, visual art, and singing or listening to good music - I also love to cook and explore difference cultural recipes ... expected to graduate May 2022.
