Biography

2013-14 (Sophomore): Was named to the 2014 All-MEAC second team...The Bahamian collegiate tennis player concluded the regular season with a 5-8 win/loss record in singles, including 5-5 at the no. 1 position. Russell had a combined doubles record of 7-3 this season. She partnered with freshman Cierra Plummer in 11 of the 12 doubles matches she played, finishing with a 7-2 mark together, including 2-0 at the no. 1 doubles position. The duo finished the season strong, going 6-1 in their last eight matches, including a three-match winning streak to end the regular season.
 
2012-13 (Freshman): Went 9-12 overall in singles play, including a 5-8 mark at the No. 3 position...Posted a 13-5 overall record in doubles action...Spent the majority of the season paired with Mi'Kola Cooper at No. 1 doubles, finishing with a team-best 12-4 mark.
