2011-2012 (Junior): Christian once again led the Bears in their cross country campaign…Took 12th place at the MEAC Cross Country Championships…Was named All-MEAC in Cross Country…Indoor MEAC qualifier in the 3,000 and DMR…Contributed to the Bears Outdoor Track campaign at the MEAC championships in the 5,000 and 3k Steeple Chase…Placing 8th in the 5,000 and 7th in the Steeple Chase…Recipient of the Effie. T Payne Award…MEAC Academic Honors Indoor/Outdoor Track.
2010-2011 (Sophomore): Led the Bears in cross country until a battling with a stress fracture…Had a personal best time in cross country of 26:50…Red-shirted the indoor season…Was a MEAC qualifier in the 1500m and 5,000 meter runs during the outdoor season.
High School: Was a four-year letterwinner in track and cross country while at Annapolis High...Helped the team claim the 2009 region outdoor championship...Was a state runner-up in the same year...Made it to the State championship all four years…Named cross country MVP 2006-2008, indoor track MVP 2008-09 and outdoor track MVP in 2009...Named all-county, all-state and all-metro in cross country...Named all-county and all-state in track...Two-time county champion in cross country...Holds the course record at South River High School…Two-time region champion in 1600m...Two-time county champion in 1600m outdoors and 3200m indoors…800m regional champion outdoors...4x4 3A-2A 4x4 champions indoors 2007…Named most outstanding athlete by the Maryland Gazette ...Minds in Motion member and Honor Roll member.
