2011-2012 (Freshman): As a Freshman, Lamour placed 29th in the MEAC Cross Country Championship...He assisted the DMR by running the anchor leg at the indoor MEAC Championships...He opened up the outdoor season in the 800m with a 1:55, along with a 4:09 in the 1500m run...He also competed at the MEAC outdoor Championships in the 800m and 1500m run. 

High School: Was a two-sport letter winner in cross country and track and field at G.W. Carver High School of Engineering & Science...Earned MVP honors...Was an All-Public and first-team selection in cross country, indoor and outdoor track at the District championships...Placed 9th in the 2010 2A Boys Pennsylvania State cross country championships...Placed third in the 2A Boys 800m at the 2011 Pennsylvania State track and field championships...Was a USATF top finisher and champion...Holds cross country and track records in Philadelphia...Represented Haiti in multiple international competitions including CARIFTA, CAC's, and Pan-Am Games...Was an honor student and a member of the National Beta Club.

Personal: Born November 16th, 1992. Son of Marie Lamour and Harold Lamour, Sr.

Have three siblings, Lorie Lochard, Dlorah Lamour and Jamar Jones. Hobbies include playing basketball, listening to music, tutoring and spending time with family and friends.
