Sophomore (2009): A first-team all-MEAC selection…Started in all 28 games and led the team in batting average (.425), hits (34), homeruns (6) and RBI (24), while tying for the team lead in walks with 11…Was second in runs (19) and tied for third in doubles with six…Went 3-for-3 with a run scored and a walk in a win over Delaware State (5/2)…Drove in three runs with a 2-for-4 hitting-performance, including two homeruns and two runs scored at Howard (4/26)…Was 2-for-2 with a homerun, 3RBI and a run scored at Hampton (4/5)…Finished 1-for-3, including a grand slam, a run scored and a season-high 5RBI against Coppin State (3/31)…Was a perfect 4-for-4 with two runs scored and RBI against Mount St. Mary’s (3/21)…Notched two hits, two runs scored, two walks and a RBI at North Carolina Central (2/22).
Freshman (2008): Received the team’s rookie award…Started in all 36 games played, recording a team-leading 38 hits, including a team-high 10 doubles, second in runs with 23, a homerun, tied for third in walks with 14, 20RBI and was 2-for-3 in stolen bases…Also led the team in batting average .384 (which ranked 78th in the nation), total bases (57), was hit by a pitch a team-leading nine times and tied for the team lead in triples with three to help Morgan State lead the nation in triples per game…Went 3-for-3 with two runs and a walk in the series opener against Delaware State (5/3)…Notched two hits in three at bats, including two doubles, while driving in three RBI and scoring two runs at Maryland Eastern Shore (4/13)…Had a 2-for-4 performance with a double, two runs, a RBI and was hit by a pitch twice at Coppin State (3/30)...Totaled four hits in four at bats, including two triples with two runs and two RBI at Winston-Salem State (2/17)…Scored two runs and had three walks against South Carolina State (2/16) in her first collegiate game as a Lady Bear.
