Freshman (2007): Started in all 39 games played and carried a .272 batting average…Tallied 18 runs, 31 hits, including five doubles and drove in 14 runs…Led the team in walks with 22 and ranked 49th in the nation in walks per game…Tied a season-best with three hit in four at bats to help Morgan eliminate Norfolk State in the MEAC Tournament (5/11)…Went 3-fo-3 with two runs scored and a walk against Maryland Eastern Shore (4/28)…Finished 2-for-2 with three runs scored and a season-best 3 RBIs against Coppin State (5/5)…As a pitcher, she ranked second on the team in innings pitched (78.1), in appearances (23), wins (3) and strikeouts (44)…Finished with a 3-10 record…Picked up her third win of the season after throwing a season-best seven strikeouts in six innings of work, to lead Morgan to a 7-6 win at Maryland Eastern Shore (5/5)…Recorded her first collegiate victory in a win at Winston-Salem State (2/18), which she tallied five strikeouts.
High School: Was a four-year letterwinner in both soccer and softball at Culver City High School…Helped the Centaur softball team to a combined 43-5 record in four seasons as a pitcher…Pitched the team to an undefeated season in 2003 as a freshman…Led the team to back-to-back Ocean League Championships in 2003 and 2004…Was a three-time team MVP…Voted the Ocean League’s Most Outstanding Player twice…Selected to the 2006 Ocean League Softball All-Star team…Was a two-time all-league player in soccer as a goal keeper…Was named to the Principle’s Honor Roll.
