09-2010 (Junior): Indoor qualified for ECAC in the 400m.
Outdoor: qualified for ECAC at the Delaware state meet, Ran a season beat in the 200, 24.95, and 400, 54.28… placed 5th at MEAC in the 400m… Placed 4th in the ECAC 400m finals… Was among the 5 MSU bears that Qualified for NCAA east Regional… Placed 27th in the region.
08-2009(Sophomore): Cross Country: made a PR in the 5k of 20:27 at MEAC and placed 36th.
Indoor: placed second at the Penn State opener with a personal-best time of 55.73 in the 400 meter dash also qualified for the ECAC meet. Placed 2nd at the great Dane invite with a time of 1:14 in the 500. Captured the 500 meter dash invitational of the Penn State National with a time of 1:13.61 helped the women’s 4X400 meter team place third. Finished 4th in the 400 at MEAC. Placed 5th in the 400 at ECAC.
Outdoor: was apart of the 4x800 meet recorded breaking team at the Aggies Relays. Placed 3rd at the Legacy meet in the 400m. Placed 5th at MEAC in the 400m and qualified for regional’s. 4x400 qualified for regional’s at ECAC. Placed 9th in the 400m at NCAA Regional’s.
2007-08 (Freshman): Indoor: Placed 2nd at the New Balance meet in New York...Was the ECAC 500 meter runner-up with a personal record of 1:13. Outdoor: ECAC 400 meter runner up with a personal record of 54:02...Was part of the winning ECAC and Penn Relays champions 4x400 meter team with a time of 3:49...Took All-ECAC honors...Qualified in the 400 meter dash for the NCAA Regional’s...Competed in the USA juniors meet in Columbus, Ohio and placed 8th.
