2006-07 (Freshman): Finished third at the MEAC indoor championship in the 55 meter hurdles with a time of 8.65…Came in third out of 13 competitors in the heptathlon at the 2007 MEAC outdoor championships with 4598 points…Also came in sixth in the 100 hurdles and fifth in the 400 hurdles…Finished second at the Morgan State Legacy Meet in the 100 hurdles with a time of 14.06…Recorded a personal best of 1:01.90 in the 400 hurdles at the 103 Carnival Penn Relays.

High School: Lettered in track for two seasons each at Western Senior High and at Towson Catholic High…As a freshman, she was apart of the 4X400 and 4X800 relay teams, which both placed seventh at the Championship of America races at the Penn Relays…Transferred to Towson Catholic for her junior and was a member of the school’s first track and field program…Named to the Baltimore Suns All-Metro first team both years…As a senior she was ranked sixth in the 60 meter hurdles by Dyestat and Track and Field News with a time of 8.59.

Personal: Born on July 17, 1987, in Baltimore, Md….Daughter of Robert and Paulette Williams…Has three siblings, Sheondra, Devon and Shana Williams…Major is liberal arts…In her spare time she enjoys watching other sports like basketball and football, dancing and jumping rope.
