Update On MSU Men's Basketball's Game Against South Carolina State

Morgan State to Face N.C. Central on Monday Night in Durham.

BALTIMORE, Md. (Feb. 13, 2026) – Morgan State University men's basketball's Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) road contest at South Carolina State University, scheduled for Saturday, February 14, has been canceled by mutual agreement in the wake of the recent shooting on South Carolina State's campus in Orangeburg.

The entire Morgan State community extends its thoughts and support to South Carolina State University during this difficult time following the tragedy, which has deeply impacted its students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the greater Orangeburg community.

The Bears will return to action on Monday, February 16, traveling to Durham to face North Carolina Central University at 7 p.m. inside McDougald-McLendon Arena.

The women's and men's rescheduled matchups against South Carolina State will take place on Monday, February 16, at 2 p.m. and Wednesday, February 25, at 6 p.m., respectively.
