QUEENS, N.Y. – The Morgan State Men's Tennis team faced a tough challenge on Sunday afternoon, suffering a 5-0 defeat against St. John's in a non-conference matchup at Cunningham Park. The loss marked the second consecutive setback for the Bears, bringing their early-season record to 0-2.
Meanwhile, the Red Storm extended their perfect start to the season with an impressive 4-0 record.
Despite Morgan State's effort on the court, St. John's capitalized on key moments to seize control of the match, earning the double's point and then claiming three singles matches to secure the victory.
